Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct required of all users of the Volgrei Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Volgrei reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates this AUP.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
2.1 Illegal Activity
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
- Fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities;
- Unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of personal data of third parties.
2.2 Harmful or Abusive Content
- Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group;
- Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities;
- Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
2.3 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Service.
2.4 Security Violations
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Volgrei system or network;
- Circumventing or disabling any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms;
- Introducing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code into the Service;
- Conducting denial-of-service attacks or any other activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for other users.
2.5 Misuse of AI Features
- Using the Grei AI assistant to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or defraud others;
- Attempting to circumvent safety measures or content policies of underlying AI models;
- Using AI-generated outputs to create spam, phishing content, or automated misinformation.
2.6 Unauthorized Automated Access
- Accessing the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without prior written authorization from Volgrei;
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or abuse free tier limitations.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, you are encouraged to report it promptly to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in accordance with our internal procedures.
4. Enforcement
Volgrei reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon confirmation of a violation, Volgrei may take any action deemed appropriate, including issuing a warning, suspending or permanently terminating the user's account, removing offending content, and reporting the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Volgrei shall not be liable for any damages resulting from enforcement actions taken in good faith under this AUP.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
